Dar Folla

El Gouna is a resort community built on the banks of several turquoise lagoons, each opening onto the Red Sea. The town center, called Kafr El Gouna, with its commercial and entertainment facilities, is built in a distinctively traditional style. Dar Folla enjoys a prime location within walking distance of the town. The villa’s shaded-waterfront terrace leads directly to a private sandy beach.

Measuring a comfortable 280 m2, this fully air-conditioned home features, on the ground floor, a large living room with cable TV, an open dining room seating eight persons,  and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, iron, coffee-maker, kettle and washing machine.  There is also a guest washroom, along with ample storage place.

Half a flight up, there is a large twin-bedded bedroom with its own bathroom.  A few steps higher, you have a second, large-bedded bedroom with an en suite bathroom.  The top floor consists of two bedrooms, for a total of four. 

The master bedroom (large-bedded) has a lovely private terrace, as well as sitting and dressing areas, and a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is twin bedded, with a private washroom.
