Like Dar Folla, this fully air-conditioned 284 m2 villa is centrally located, within walking distance of the town center, Kafr El Gouna. Dar Yasmina also has its own sandy beach on the calm shores of a lagoon that opens onto the Red Sea,

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a separate TV area (with cable access), a dining room that seats eight persons, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.  Both the living and TV rooms have access to a wide, shaded terrace overlooking your private beach.

Two bedrooms (one twin-bedded, one large bedded) are located just two steps up from the ground floor. They share a large washroom with a shower, wash basin, and WC.  The villa’s guest bathroom is also located on this level.  

Dar Yasmina’s luminous master bedroom is on the top floor. It features sitting and dressing areas, a bathroom, a second cable TV, and a private beachfront terrace. The fourth twin-bedded bedroom with an en suite washroom is also on this floor.
